The National Court Judge Ismael Moreno has agreed to issue an international arrest warrant against three former SS guards-Johann Leprich, Anton Tittjung and Josias Kumpf, defendants in a case that is being investigated following a complaint filed against them by several survivors of Nazi concentration camps.

In its order, the court ordered the prosecution of three former SS and ordered their remand in custody, notified and unconditional, while calls for the police and Civil Guard to proceed with search, arrest and detention, this includes a European warrant for their arrest.

Two of the defendants, Tittjung and Leprich reside in the U.S., while Kumpf resides in Austria.

Judge Moreno considered them to be "complicit" in genocide and crimes against humanity for their activity in the concentration camps of Mauthausen, Sachsenhausen and Flossenburg in the Second World War, in which it is estimated that over 7,000 prisoners were Spanish.

Another complaint was directed also against Nazi guard quarter, Jon Dmjanjuk, who is being investigated in Germany, so the court did not expand its arrest warrant to cover this man. continues here
