Police are investigating the calls against Helen Lawal, who is also the reigning Miss Black Britain, after she was threatened in a phone call to the event organiser.
The caller contacted the beauty contest boss Vivienne Lee after Miss Lawal, 23, won the competition earlier this month. He allegedly complained about the Nigerian-born winner competing and made a series of racist comments about "these people being allowed into the country."
Miss Lee, 52, informed North Yorkshire Police of the call, from the man who called himself "Mr Paver", and is now worried about the safety of Miss Lawal, who will compete in the Miss England contest in July.
Miss Lee said: "A man with a Yorkshire accent called me to say there shouldn't be a black person representing York and he said he would 'get all of us'.
"He said the winner should have been indigenous to this country and she should not have been eligible for it because she was born in Nigeria.
"He added that I was an absolute disgrace for letting a black girl win. I tried to explain to him the eligibility rules that as long as you have a British passport you can enter."
Although Miss Lawal was born in Nigeria, she came to the UK as a toddler and has a British passport. Her father Mustapha is a surgeon in Africa and her mother Sue, a nurse, is white and lives in Yorkshire. Miss Lawal herself is a medical student at the University of York-based Hull York Medical School
North Yorkshire Police said it took the allegations "very seriously". continues here
Oh but he has a point surely, Miss Lawal certainly doesn’t represent indigenous lasses from York and after all she wasn’t even born here, yet in they go, the police, a force now tasked with enforcing a political agenda. Is it any wonder we are angry, any wonder that such anger grows, any wonder that we resent, surely when they consistently enforce multiculturalism, multiracialism, diversity at the expense of the indigenous then we can feel nothing less.
A “Miss Black Britain contest”, can no-one see the irony, no-one comment on its exclusiveness and indeed its peculiarity, you see indigenous Britons are white, that even today is the natural state of us, it is meaningless to lie and state otherwise. We lay no claim to Africa nor indeed Nigeria from where Miss Lawal hails ,why then do all lay claim to our land, to our birthright, to our culture, the shame of it is, she perhaps doesn’t realise, perhaps cannot comprehend that she herself, is used, to push forward a reprehensible political agenda.

Racism over a black British beauty contest cause the contest wasn't the right kind of black. I don't know what to think of that.
