A German federal appeals court says it has upheld a government ban of two organizations accused of Holocaust denial.
The Federal Administrative Court ruled Wednesday that last year's ban of the groups Collegium Humanum and Bauernhilfe e.V. was justified. The court ruled the organizations were in violation of German criminal and constitutional law.
The Interior Ministry banned both organizations last May, describing them as "reservoirs of organized Holocaust deniers."continues here
