Was Hitler's Beetle actually designed by a Jew?

Until now, it has been widely acknowledged that the ever-popular Volkswagen Beetle has a tainted history, having been originally designed and commissioned by Nazi dictator Adolf Hitler. But could the history behind one of the most fashionable production cars ever be more complex? Paul Schilperoord, a Dutch journalist and historian, certainly thinks so.

Schilperoord alleges in his new book Het Ware Verhaal van de Kever ("The True Story of the Beetle"), to be released later this month, that Ferdinand Porsche's iconic Beetle, officially commissioned by Hitler, may well have been taken from a design by a Jewish engineer called Josef Ganz, who never received due credit.

In 2004, Schilperoord picked up an old edition of a magazine called Automobile Quarterly. In it, he discovered an article which claimed that, contrary to popular belief, the Beetle's original designer was not Hitler but rather a Jewish man, Josef Ganz. Intrigued by this assertion, Schilperoord embarked on what ended up as five years of extensive research which ultimately led to him publishing his forthcoming book.

Over the course of his investigations, Schilperoord unearthed the Beetle's true history - one vastly different from the one that the Nazi regime had us believe. Whereas the Nazi version of the Beetle's origins is that Hitler came up with the idea of a "People's Car," a car that would both cost less than 1,000 Reichsmark and simultaneously carry up to five people across the country at speeds of up to 100 kilometers per hour.

But Schilperoord's account differs sharply. He claims that Ganz had outlined the Beetle concept a decade before Hitler claimed to have conjured up the idea of the then-revolutionary automobile.

According to Schilperoord, "In 1929, Josef Ganz started contacting German motorcycle manufacturers for collaboration to build a Volkswagen prototype. This resulted in a first prototype built at Ardie in 1930 and a second one completed at Adler in May 1931, which was nicknamed the Maikäfer (May-Beetle)."

Ganz's design was greatly innovative, with features such as an independent suspension system for each wheel, which was "a revolutionary step for the 1920s," Schilperoord notes. With a rear-mounted engine and a unique, streamlined chassis, his car was highly distinctive, too.

Although Porsche and Hitler made no mention of Ganz's contribution, Schilperoord claims that "Hitler's" Beetle, which came into production 10 years later, could only have derived from Ganz's work.

Lacking the financial backing to put his project into action, Ganz was appointed editor-in-chief of a car magazine, Klein-Motor-Sport, and simultaneously took up positions as a technical consultant to both Daimler-Benz and BMW, where he "developed his first cars featuring independent suspension with them," Schilperoord told The Jerusalem Post over the telephone last week.

In 1933, Schilperoord claims, came the decisive moment when Hitler happened to be in attendance at the IAMA (Internationale Automobil- und Motorradausstellung) Berlin motor show in which Ganz unveiled the Maikäfer's successor, the "Standard Superior," which was built by German company Standard Fahrzeugfabrik.

Hitler liked what he saw, and tasked Porsche with the job of creating a similar car, but in line with his anti-Semitic philosophy, "he obscured the fact that a Jew was behind the car's design," Schilperoord told Post.

Schilperoord also claims that there are too many of Ganz's hallmarks to be in any doubt that the Beetle that was eventually mass produced in the 1930s was derived from his original design. "Even the name Volkswagen was originally Ganz's," noted Schilperoord.

Ganz "was already working on the Volkswagen in the 1920s in Germany... already using the name [Volkswagen] in the Twenties," he said.

Later on in May 1933, the Gestapo arrested Ganz on falsified charges, accusing him of blackmailing the German automotive industry. "Hitler had only been in power for a few months and was already setting about arresting people and creating the dictatorship he dreamed about," explained Schilperoord.

Even though Ganz had friends in high places and was released soon after being taken into custody, his career had been dealt a fatal blow. His contracts with BMW and Mercedes were terminated, he lost his job as editor-in-chief at the magazine. The Standard Fahrzeugfabrik, which had recently released a new model with place for a family with two children, was now forbidden to use the name Volkswagen in its advertising; Ganz's livelihood had been destroyed.

If the Nazis were discouraged by the setback of Ganz's discharge from prison, they didn't show it. During The Night of the Long Knives in June 1934, when the regime carried out a series of political executions, with most of those killed being members of the Sturmabteilung (SA), the paramilitary Brownshirts, an assassination attempt was made on Ganz's life. Fortunately for Ganz, his pet dog, an Alsatian, heard the would-be attacker enter the house and jumped on him, thus saving his master's life.

Not long later, a second assassination attempt was made. Again Ganz had a lucky escape; he happened to be in Switzerland at the time on vacation. When friends warned him that it was not safe to return, Ganz decided to stay on in Switzerland till after the war. continues here

Today of course a whole people are slandered, as aliens infect the west, from top to bottom the system is insidious and the people milked for tax.

Yet it is not enough, every aspect of that time must be painted black and every achievement denied, evil is good and good evil and the people feast upon propaganda, today racial pride is an evil, in-group preference oppressed, just so the financial system can impose its globalist agenda, they care little for the people of whatever race. It matters not to them whom pays their tax, who they live off and who toils for them merely that all do and all succumb eventually. They have ruined the west, each nation a shadow of its former self, whilst that rogue state grows ever powerful, milking the people of the USA and stealing their military might.

Once as we here at home have experienced the states will be cast off as a glove, when their usefulness has ended, then of course power will rest in the east ,where they had hoped it would, Israel shall become the greatest player in a world given over to non-whites. Still the battle is not over, hard yes, uphill, however some of us will not succumb to nu-nationalist rubbish, wave your flag or advance your reprehensible cause and as long as even one opposes you, you have not won.

QUENTIN Tarantino's latest film, Inglourious Basterds, may be set in an alternate universe.

But for people like Cyril Pundick, there is a ring of truth to the story of elite Jewish commandos hunting down and killing Nazis.

Mr Pundick, of Manchester, was a member of the Jewish Brigade which was formed towards the end of the Second World War - to exact revenge for the Holocaust.

The brigade had the backing of Winston Churchill, who declared: "The Jews of all races have the right to strike at the Germans as a recognisable body."

And American President Franklin Roosevelt formed the Jewish Infantry Brigade, who served with the British Army in the latter stages of the Second World War.

Born in Salford, of Polish Jewish descent, Mr Pundick originally joined the Army Service Corps in 1939 and served in Libya and North Africa for almost five year.

In 1943 he transferred to a Jewish Palestinian company, which became part of the Jewish Brigade the following year.

When Mr Pundick and his pals found a Nazi, they interrogated them.
He explained: "While this was going on, I stood outside the Nazi's house making sure their girlfriends did not interfere.
"Most of these boys were Jews from eastern and central Europe whose families had been killed by the Nazis and they wanted their revenge," the 90-year-old told the Jewish Telegraph.

Mr Pundick's group was stationed in Tarvisio, near Italy's border with Austria.

He was a dispatch rider and searched for Nazis in the mountains around Tarvisio with two other Jews who had lost their families in the camps.

He recalled: "I went looking for Nazis with two German Jewish boys called Bobby Ackerfeld and Hans Wald.

"Bobby was an amateur boxer and very handsome and being so good-looking, it helped him gain information from the Nazi's Italian girlfriends."

Of his time in Libya, Mr Pundick recalled: "I was part of a second armoured division which relieved a seventh armour division in Tripoli, Libya.

"This was in 1944. I noticed there were a number of vehicles with Star of Davids painted on them, which I was excited about."

Mr Pundick, who is married to Irene, found out that the vehicles belonged to a Jewish company, which later became part of the newly-formed Jewish Brigade.Information regarding the whereabouts of these killers was either gathered by torturing imprisoned Nazis or from military connections.

When Mr Pundick and his pals found a Nazi, they interrogated them.

"If the Nazi had served in the SS, he would be shot, but if he had been a member of the regular army, he wouldn't be."

After the war members of the Jewish Brigade formed assassination squads in order to execute former Wehrmacht and SS officers.

Recent Films Make Jews the Victors

Talk about an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth.

In Quentin Tarantino's blood-soaked new film "Inglourious Basterds," Brad Pitt and his merry band of Jewish soldiers bash Nazi soldiers' heads with a baseball bat and collect their scalps in a bid to avenge their people and stop the Holocaust.

At its roots, Tarantino's World War II fantasy and its orgy of violence are little more than cartoonish savagery and perhaps a cathartic experience for some Jewish viewers. It's a sort of reverse form of Schadenfreude: Jews giving Nazis the ultimate taste of their own medicine.

Yet the film also represents a growing genre of Jewish-themed films in which the victims become the victors.

But does Judaism condone such raging retribution? Rabbis and academics point out that Judaism distinguishes between acts of self-defense and vengeance and Jewish law frowns upon torturing an enemy - even Adolf Hitler himself, said Rabbi Joel Roth, a professor at Jewish Theological Seminary in New York.

"On the other hand, I also understand the human emotion," he said. "Dispassionately, do you want to see them scalped? No, but you have to consider the context. And, if it's a greater deterrent that would save other people's lives, maybe one could defend it."

Rabbi Irwin Kula, president of the National Jewish Center for Learning and Leadership, a New York-based Jewish think tank, heralds the film as a long-overdue "fun action Jewish-revenge fantasy." Roth, meanwhile, wonders about a backlash from depicting Jews as "more Goliath than David," giving more fodder to those who see Israel as an aggressor and oppressor, rather than a haven for survivors of centuries of persecution.

Yet anti-Semites weren't swayed by films like "Schindler's List" or "The Diary of Anne Frank" that focused wholly on Jewish suffering, noted Rabbi Abraham Cooper, associate dean of the Simon Wiesenthal Center, a global Jewish human rights organization named for a Holocaust survivor who helped bring Nazis to trial after World War II.

Cooper hasn't seen "Inglourious Basterds" yet, but said it seems like a fitting addition to the emerging genre of celebrated Jewish resistance, including last year's "Defiance," about a community of Jews who found refuge in a Belarusian forest during the Holocaust, and 2005's "Munich," about efforts to assassinate Arab terrorists who killed Israeli athletes at the 1972 Olympics.

This evolution may be due to changing (internal and external) perceptions about Jewish strength, given Israel's military victories in the decades since the Holocaust, he and Roth speculated. It has also taken longer for heroic tales like "Defiance" to come out - either because of modesty or due to concerns about accuracy.

In addition to being completely fictional, the big shift with "Basterds" is that its glorified brutality contradicts the cautionary message of those previous films - that revenge, even if justified, is ultimately destructive to those who seek it, said Antony Polonsky, a Holocaust studies professor at Brandeis University in Waltham, Mass.

"I don't think there is one view among Jews about these matters," he said. "Immediately after the war, there were different views among those who survived the attempted Nazi genocide. But, the strongest view was that to seek revenge by murder was to lower yourself to the level of the murderers."

Even Wiesenthal, the famed "Nazi hunter," believed in "justice, not vengeance" right up until his death in 2005, Cooper said. He refused to help Jews track Nazis down for their own purposes, or to harm their family members.

"He said we need convicted criminals, not martyrs for a cause," Cooper said.

During the Holocaust and in other times when Jews are actively threatened by their enemies, however, Cooper believes some vengeance is permissible, if not encouraged.

"I don't think there's moral ambiguity at all," he said. "Unlike in the Christian tradition of turning the other cheek, in Jewish law, if somebody comes at you with a knife to kill you, you are required to defend yourself and, if necessary, kill that person first. If your entire community is being threatened with annihilation, then you have a mitzvah (a moral obligation) to shoot these people down."continues here

Jewish school wins right to appeal against ruling its entry policy was racist

Appeal court judgment found requirement for pupil's mother to be Jewish was unlawful

Europe's largest Jewish school succeeded today in winning leave to appeal against a court judgment that said its entry policy was racist.

The JFS, in Brent, London, was thrown into chaos last June when the appeals court found its requirement that an admitted pupil's mother must be Jewish, whether by descent or by conversion, was a test of ethnicity that contravened the Race Relations Act.

Today's development may forgo the need for a religious practice test to determine a pupil's Jewish identity.

Figures from the Orthodox community fear that such a test will exclude pupils from non-observant families while at the same time admitting pupils whose mothers' Jewish status is not recognised by the Office of the Chief Rabbi.

Russell Kett, chairman of the governors at JFS, said the school was pleased with the decision and would promptly make a written submission.

"We have requested that this case be heard as swiftly as possible and hope their lordships will be able to accomplish both this and our objective to overturn the earlier judgment before the end of October."

The news was also welcomed by Dr Simon Hochhauser, president of the United Synagogue, which is the school's religious authority. He said the United Synagogue would be seeking permission to intervene. continues here

Rabbinate demands haredi control of conversion

Since conversion to Judaism can have a negative impact on the spiritual purity of the Jewish people, only the greatest halachic authorities of the haredi rabbinical establishment can decide on this, the Chief Rabbinate's High Rabbinical Court ruled recently.

"Any decisions by Rabbinical Conversion Courts or rabbinic marriage registrars that are not in accordance with the opinion of the greatest halachic authorities of the generation hurt the purity of Jewish people," wrote Rabbi Avraham Sherman, head of the High Rabbinical Court.

"There is a real danger that gentiles will be allowed to enter the Jewish community. Anyone who did not embrace an Orthodox lifestyle at the time of conversion is a gentile and if this person is female all of her children are gentiles as well," Sherman continued.

The High Court also ruled that the high proportion of potential converts to Judaism who are not sincere about embracing Orthodoxy was an insurmountable challenge that made it impossible to rely on any rabbinical conversion court - haredi or modern Orthodox - to perform a kosher conversion. "Any decisions by Rabbinical Conversion Courts or rabbinic marriage registrars that are not in accordance with the opinion of the greatest halachic authorities of the generation hurt the purity of Jewish people,"

Sherman stated explicitly that a conversion has no validity unless the convert proves he or she has embraced an Orthodox lifestyle. Anything less is unacceptable.

According to the decision, the Jewishness of converts can in theory be revoked at any time, no matter how long ago the conversion took place and no matter which Rabbinical Conversion Court performed the conversion.

Conversions can and must be revoked if, for instance, after the conversion process the convert admits that he or she did not adhere to the Orthodox halachic restrictions governing Shabbat, kashrut or other Jewish laws.

To preserve the purity of the Jewish people, every convert must be scrutinized on an individual basis by rabbinic marriage registrars and rabbinic courts before he or she is permitted to marry or divorce, Sherman wrote in a 34-page rabbinical opinion handed down within the framework of an appeal case on May 10.

Rabbi David Stav, a senior member of Tzohar Rabbis, an organization of moderate Orthodox Zionist rabbis, called Sherman's comments scandalous.

"Sherman is committing the biblical sin of insulting the convert," Stav, who is chief rabbi of Shoham, said on Tuesday. "A group of haredi functionaries are willing to place under suspicion thousands of converts just because they want to wage a political power struggle.

"When [former Chief Ashkenazi] Rabbi Shlomo Goren wanted to annul a conversion the haredi community attacked him, claiming it was impossible. Now they have changed their minds according to political interests."

Stav was referring to the Langer case in which Goren annulled the conversion of a woman's husband to prevent her children from being considered mamzerim (the result of an illicit sexual act which bars them from marrying a Jew).

Stav said haredi activists were using the conversion issue to shore up their rabbinical clout vis-à-vis the Orthodox Zionist establishment.

Stav, who serves as the Chief Rabbinate's marriage registrar in his town, said he accepts all converts converted by a legitimate Rabbinical Conversion Court.

"I do so whether the conversion was performed by the Chief Rabbinate or by a haredi conversion court, although I must say that converts who come out of haredi conversion courts are usually less serious than those converted by the Chief Rabbinate," he said.

A three-man panel of rabbinical judges made up of Sherman, Rabbi Hagai Izerer and Rabbi Zion Algrabli rejected the halachic principle that a rabbinic court decision, once handed down, was irreversible.

Sherman was responding to a Tel Aviv Rabbinical Court ruling in a divorce case that involved a woman who had converted to Judaism.

The Tel Aviv Rabbinical Court refused to accept claims by the husband that his wife's conversion was invalid, because, he claimed, the wife had paid a NIS 10,000 bribe to the court that performed her conversion.

The Tel Aviv court ruled instead that it did not have the power to overturn a decision - in this case a conversion - by another court since the underlying assumption is that rabbinical courts know what they are doing.

However, Sherman rejected the Tel Aviv court's argument despite the fact that it was based on an accepted halachic principle. He ruled that the Jewish status of the woman and her children must be lifted until the Tel Aviv court could ascertain whether the claims against the validity of her conversion could be refuted.

Sherman said in a telephone interview with The Jerusalem Post that there was nothing new in his decision and that he was basing himself on the opinions of this generation's greatest halachic scholars, both living and deceased. "There is a real danger that gentiles will be allowed to enter the Jewish community.

Sherman quoted from declarations published in recent decades by leading haredi halachic authorities such as Rabbi Yosef Shalom Elyashiv, considered to be the single most important living halachic decisor for haredi Ashkenazi Jewry. Sherman also quoted deceased authorities such as Rabbi Shlomo Zalman Ohrbach, Rabbi Ya'acov Yisrael Kanyevsky and Rabbi Elazar Menachem Man Shach.

In one declaration, signed by Shach, Kanyevsky, Ohrbach and Elyashiv and dating from the summer of 1984, the rabbis warned that "since there has been a rise in the number of converts who have been accepted as Jews and that it has become known that a large percentage of them had no intention of accepting upon themselves the burden of the commandments at the time of conversion... We are warning that there is a prohibition to accept converts without first being sure that they are interested in accepting upon themselves all the commandments."

Sherman and the other rabbinical judges in May concluded from this declaration and others that every conversion must be considered suspect, "whether it was performed by the Edah Haredit or some other rabbinic court that is recognized more or recognized less, when a person presents a conversion certificate issued by a rabbinic court and that person's appearance is far from the appearance of an observant Jew or that person comes from a place that has no observant community."continues here

Islamic Foundation offers to guard Edinburgh Synagogue

THE CST is treating an offer from the Scottish Islamic Foundation chairman Ken Imrie to stand guard outside Edinburgh Hebrew Congregation with extreme caution.

After recent antisemitic attacks against the shul, Mr Imrie expressed his "revulsion" in a letter addressed to the shul's minister, Rabbi David Rose, and offered to "physically guard" the place of worship.

But spokesman for the CST, Mark Gardner said: "This is a curious offer indeed from the SIF, an organisation that is by no means shy when it comes to propaganda and rhetoric against Israel and its supporters."

For those that don’t know, the CST or Community Security Trust is a private militia funded by shady organisations and exists primarily to fight anti-Zionism, although it classifies this as anti-Semitism. It must be remembered that no other organisation exists in such a capacity, there is quite simply no other quasi-military organisation supported by the government, given almost free reign by law enforcement agencies that exists upon the UK mainland. Whites as a community are forbidden to establish “security trusts” for their own community, yet the CST garner immense support from government and we the tax-payer fund it to some degree.


Their main funding though appears to come from really quite strange foundations, so-called charitable trusts, which are in effect merely shields to disguise their true funding, in fact investigating the CST is for the moment quite difficult given that unlike other “charities” (sic) the CST operate under a veil of secrecy. There is a statement upon their own website as to their purpose, yet this stated purpose is forbidden to any other community, none of us are permitted the same freedom least of all with police backing, in fact there are many cases, whereby groups set up to protect their own communities, have at best been disparaged and at worst actively broken up, yet the CST is permitted to operate.

CST believes that the fight against antisemitism and terrorism is vital to help ensure a vibrant Jewish community, and in safeguarding democratic British society against extremism and hatred.

CST provides physical security, training and advice for the protection of British Jews. CST assists victims of antisemitism and monitors antisemitic activities and incidents. CST represents British Jewry to Police, Government and media on antisemitism and security. CST has a proud heritage dating back to the Jewish defence organisations formed in the 1930s to combat Oswald Mosley and his followers. Today the principal threats to the community are terrorism and antisemitic attacks.

“As the Jewish community’s only defence organisation CST has grown significantly. We now have four offices and 55 members of staff. CST is a registered charity whose work is provided entirely without charge and is solely funded by donations from the Jewish community.

The ethos of CST is that the Jewish community is responsible for its own security. CST draws upon a network of 3,000 trained volunteers throughout the country. They are at the heart of the organisation and come from all spheres of communal life, regardless of religious observance, political beliefs, age or gender. These personnel are trained by CST, and by the Police, so that they can provide the highest level of security for the Jewish community”.

The above is from their own website, it is a statement of purpose an illegal purpose to you and me but sanctioned for them, further I would dispute that the CST is “the

Jewish community’s only defence organisation”, given that we are meant to have equality under the law (sic) and we have an established police force, apparently this is not enough for certain communities, communities given special status within UK law. I suggest you try it, endeavour to set up a “security trust”, inform the authorities, set up a website and ask for training and funding from central government ,I am sure you will be shown the door quite soon.
Moreover this organisation is so secretive that determining just how and by whom it is sourced is extremely difficult and it is beyond doubt, that such a secretive organisation would in fact make funding sources available to the general public. Of course officially it employs some 64 full time staff, although lets face it can we ever know, it has some 3000 volunteers, yes you read it right 3000 volunteers, “almost a political party in its own right” or a small army, yet again, given the secrecy surrounding this organisation we have to take at face value the claim that there are only 3000 members.

It has to be realised that if this is the public admission then there must be considerably more, all working solely for their community, which rather put the “we’re all the same” rubbish to bed doesn’t it. Quite frighteningly and indeed unusually for a charity the Community Security Trust has according to the Charity Commission itself:

“This charity has been given a dispensation by the Charity Commission from publishing the names of its trustees”.

Scary isn’t it we have a well-funded, state endorsed paramilitary organisation upon UK soil and no-one bats an eye, in fact the police and security services aid such an organisation, train its members and in fact work in many cases in tandem. For instance, we know that the NSPCC has Dame Denise Platt DBE, SIR Christopher Kelly, Rob Hutchinson CBE and others among its trustees, yet when it comes to this organisation there is special “dispensation”, I’m sorry but something stinks and quite badly.

This organisation is funded in the millions, in the financial year ending 31 Mar 2008 the CST recording its income as £144,896,358 and its outgoings as £146,313,542, this in itself is huge yet one can imagine that this is merely the tip of the iceberg. Israel itself must donate large sums of money hiding much behind those self-same “foundations” and as we know submitted accounts are not always true accounts, yet given again the secrecy, the fact that trustees are not mentioned it is almost impossible to establish true funding. If for instance the names of trustees were made available then one could come to a better understanding of overall income, which is exactly the reason such information is not nor ever will be made available.

So there we have it, a well-trained, Para-military force established upon UK soil with the connivance of the state and indeed the conservative opposition, an organisation that is not by any means all inclusive that exists to preserve and protect one community. There are of course those within nationalism, who still persist with the “they are our friends rubbish”, my enemies enemy is my friend, so they say, yet this community perhaps of all others, attacks nationalism with a vengeance, harries it, smears it and physically inhibits its growth .Many far-left organisations have been or are supported by Jewry and it has been only in recent years, that there has been a break between leftists and Jewry.

Many Jews stand quite bravely against Judaic supremacist thought, they condemn the rogue state of Israel and stand on the side of truth, yet even this is a hypocrisy given that such individuals advocate (quite rightly) for Palestinian freedoms, yet would deny whites the same privilege. Israeli soldiers admit to deliberate killing of Gaza civilians

The Israeli army has been forced to open an investigation into the conduct of its troops in Gaza after damning testimony from its own front line soldiers revealed the killing of civilians and rules of engagement so lax that one combatant said that they amounted on occasion to “cold-blooded murder”.

The revelations, compiled by the head of an Israel military academy who declared that he was “shocked” at the findings, come as international rights groups are calling for independent inquiries into the conduct of both sides in the three-week Israeli offensive against Palestinian Islamists.

The soldiers’ testimonies include accounts of an unarmed old woman being shot at a distance of 100 yards, a woman and her two children being killed after Israeli soldiers ordered them from their house into the line of fire of a sniper and

“That’s the beauty of Gaza. You see a man walking, he doesn’t have to have a weapon, and you can shoot him,” one soldier told Danny Zamir, the head of the Rabin pre-military academy, who asked him why a company commander ordered an elderly woman to be shot.

"I gathered the graduate students of the course who fought in Gaza, to hear their impressions from the fighting. I wasn't prepared for any of the stuff I heard there. I was shocked,” Mr Zamir said. “I think that the writing was on the wall, but we just didn't want to see it, we didn't want to face it."

One non-commissioned officer told Mr Zamir, himself a deputy battalion commander in the reserves, that the army “fired a lot of rounds and killed a lot of people in order for us not to be injured or shot at.

"When we entered a house, we were supposed to bust down the door and start shooting inside and just go up storey by storey… I call that murder. Each storey, if we identify a person, we shoot them. I asked myself – how is this reasonable?"

The same unnamed NCO said that his commanding officer ordered soldiers on to a rooftop to shoot an old woman crossing a main street during the fighting, which a Palestinian rights groups said left 1,434 people dead, 960 of them civilians.

"I don't know whether she was suspicious, not suspicious, I don't know her story,” the NCO said. “I do know that my officer sent people to the roof in order to take her out… It was cold-blooded murder."

Another NCO recounted a military blunder that led to a mother and her two children being shot dead by an Israeli sniper. "We had taken over the house… and the family was released and told to go right. A mother and two children got confused and went left… The sniper on the roof wasn't told that this was okay and that he shouldn't shoot… you can say he just did what he was told… he was told not to let anyone approach the left flank and he shot at them.

"I don't know whether he first shot at their feet or not, but he killed them," the soldier said.

The soldiers’ accounts were submitted anonymously at a meeting at the academy around a month ago. The Israel army said that it had started an investigation, but that this was the first time it had heard such testimony, despite having debriefed troops itself.

Breaking The Silence, an organisation of former soldiers who gather witness accounts from troops in the Palestinian territories, said that its own investigation into Operation Cast Lead, as the war was known in Israel, had revealed a similar picture of the fighting.

“It’s definitely in line with what we are hearing,” said one of the researchers.

Another disturbing element reported by the soldiers was the role of military rabbis in distributing booklets that framed the fighting as a religious war. “All these articles had a clear message: we are the Jewish people, we have come to the land by miraculous means, and now we have to fight to remove the Gentiles who are getting in our way and preventing us from occupying the Holy Land… a great many soldiers had a feeling throughout this operation of a religious war,” said one soldier. continues here

So what will they say those new breed of nationalist, those hoodwinked or worse, will “I support Israel” still display upon their sites, these purported nationalists, will they even now dismiss the murder of civilians by a rogue state, as merely the death of “pakis” of Muslims of nobodies. Will their minds ever turn towards true nationalism or will they forever be blind, in their eyes we must contest only Islam, we must denigrate it, trample it asunder, whilst evil ravages the world.

What if to be nationalist means more, what if the idea of being nationalist meant that all peoples should have our support to preserve and protect their traditions and culture and dare I say genotype, what if to support the beast, the bully and the well financed coward was anti-nationalist. It always was you know, always was until this contrived direction, until this sham and play, until something seized the hair of nationalist leaders heads and propelled them in a given direction, a direction alien to nationalist thought.

Now of course it is the new way, the other way, the purported best way, nationalism must lay down its beliefs for all to walk on them, it must succumb to stupidly and dance to alien tune, it must become something else. Yet if it is to change how can it be nationalism, how can it bear the name, fight under the tag or indeed defend under such a moniker or is it something else a new beast dressed up in other clothes. Today we must hate for hatreds sake, we must turn our attention to who they so define and in doing so we become merely an extension of evil an arm of the beast and nationalist in name only.

What is left then of nationalism, what shards do we hold in our hands, we no longer contest non-white immigration, no longer support the unborn, Israel for all its evil is a friend and it is only Islam that presents threat, such abject stupidity as if true nationalism would die for you so easy, as if the truth that lies in the heart of many men would dim for your new age. Nationalism is waiting, it bides its time, it looks down on the battle awaiting the charge, so much flag waving upon the field, so much chaos created but our line is clear, our sight good and we shall not baulk, shall not flinch, we still stand.

Oh but this new breed is trained so well, so very well, look here not there ,think this not that, this way or the highway, as if vision were but made of words as if comprehension were never sound. When Islam has returned to its milieu what then, what then, freedom and a return to us or the same by other names, when our leaders support a rogue state will the east not still see us target, will support of evil ever bring anything other than death and devastation. Will the shackles fall from the media and our politicians then work for us, will interested parties leave us in peace and liberty hold court or will the iron fist tighten its grip and the world convulse in death.

Your nationalism and mine are of different worlds, mine has always been and yours is at best error, mine supports all peoples, whereas yours bows to other masters, other deities but surely not the people. I bent my knee to nature’s law not to mammon’s charity; I desire true freedom, not piecemeal easiness and the long road to nothing, except perhaps despair. I tell you dear reader past all that populism, past all the wannabe-hard-men, past the fools and fools to be, there is nationalism, true nationalism, motivated by the very soil we stand upon and the blood that runs a course through our veins, so we look on.
There is nothing to see, nothing to challenge the growing evil and so we wait and we grow, awaiting destinies call, perhaps it is too late, perhaps the grip upon us is too much, perhaps the people see nothing and merely our grave awaits but better than that, better than down that road, a road created by puppet-masters whilst they restrain their laugh. Time will tell, time will see, perhaps their game is over the last dice thrown, that is not for us but for the people to decide and so we wait, at least here in the sanctuary of nationalism we know our truth, we realise our desire and we work for it.

I can say that race is primary, that culture is crucial and there can be no waver, yet it is not for us to disparage, to denigrate, to ratchet up tension, to become soldiers for the new order, do you wonder why they hate us when you support that, do you wonder why they head west, heads full of revenge, we are an easier target and we finance that state, prop it up and therefore sanction its crimes. Support Israel, no, never, I am a nationalist and in being a nationalist I cannot sanction nor support the aggressive take-over of another’s land, the slaughter of its people and the trashing of its traditions, it matters not to me that many within Palestine are Islamic, I have no quarrel with the creed as long as it stays peacefully in its home, than I shall not lift a hand.

My quarrel lies with those who would colonise my land, place their alien tradition above mine and leave for my children nothing, so it is not just Islam I contest within this country, better Islam than leftism, better Islam than gulags, than secret police and civilian terror. No there are many creeds that vie to supplant our own, many others that wish us gone, we are hated and feared by many, not least those that play fools each day in the house of treason.

I haven’t posted for a while, setting up the forum seems to take up vast amounts of my time, coupled with work and home commitments, time just seems to fly. Well as a new weblog our readership is relatively small, “we’d like to thank you for staying with us”, it is hoped that quite soon we shall have a new writer, a quite gifted writer with considerable insight, coupled with this, an American friend, has given us the link to the fantastically gifted, although persecuted, Kevin MacDonald weblog.

Anti-Zionism as a form of racism

It has been a staple of public discourse for decades, that those who criticize Israel specifically because they love the country and believe in the more lofty and challenging and just of its ideals, are routinely pilloried for it, berated by rightists as self-haters and anti-Semites and destroyers of Zionism.

Now meet a refreshing new phenomenon - bashing and negation of those same critics of Israel, but this time, the attacks are coming from Palestinians, other Arabs and Muslims, and their allies on the European ultra-left.

The message is: We don't care what you think, we don't care what causes you care about and advance, we don't even care if you think just like we do - You're Israelis, and that's good enough for us - in fact, bad enough for us - reason enough, in short, to boycott you.

We've seen it in the serial boycott obsession of elements of the British intelligentsia, who essentially seek to penalize and punish Israeli colleagues for little more than the original sin of being Israeli. It matters not at all to the boycott-bent if many of their targets are on-site leaders in the struggle for Israeli-Palestinian peace and reconciliation.

Yes, we've come a long way from UN resolution 3379, adopted in late 1975, the declaration which determined that "Zionism is a form of racism and racial discrimination."

Now we have Anti-Zionism as a form of racism.

Actually, the clue to understanding the phenomenon may lie in the wording of the resolution itself, which included an explicit endorsement of the "elimination" of Zionism alongside "recognition of the dignity of peoples and their right to self-determination."

The bottom line, of course, is that the very idea of a movement to found and foster a Jewish state is illegitimate, and, by very short extension, such a state in the Holy Land - or anywhere, for that matter - has by definition no right to exist.

Though the resolution died a formal death when it was revoked in 1991, some of its spirit lives on. The most obvious and most widespread form is the rise of Islamist ideology, which in its most radical forms explicitly views the Jewish people in the Holy Land - and even in places like Buenos Aires - as a cancerous presence and a preferred target.

In its more subtle forms, the resolution lives on in such phenomena as the recent response to a decision by the organizers of the Turin International Book Fair to declare Israel as its guest of honor.

In an initial salvo, The New York Times reported, a local pro-Palestinian group "stormed the book fair offices in Turin, demanding that the invitation to Israel be rescinded."

They distributed leaflets reading "We are appalled to see the world of culture take the side of those who methodically operate to annihilate Palestine and the Palestinians.".....Article conts (-)

CSULB professor's work seen as anti-Semitic, racist

The controversial literature and writings of a Cal State University Long Beach psychology professor have him up for discussion.

The CSULB psychology department is considering disassociating itself from the works of Kevin MacDonald and met yesterday to discuss the issue.

MacDonald's works have been publicized as neo-Nazi and white supremacist ideology.

In 2006, the Southern Poverty Law Center sent representatives to CSULB to talk to students and faculty. Shortly after, they labeled MacDonald's three-part series as anti-Semitic...........Article conts (-)

Staff and faculty are worried that psychology professor Kevin MacDonald's work has anti-Semitic and racist overtones.

The Cal State Long Beach Psychology Department has recently initiated new plans to disassociate itself from controversial psychology professor Kevin MacDonald.

The department is currently considering publishing a statement to confirm its disassociation from MacDonald, with his research and writings on Judaism continuing to garner controversy and be used by publications considered to publicize neo-Nazi and white supremacist ideology.

MacDonald's three-part series in evolutionary psychology, "A People That Shall Dwell Alone," "Separation and Its Discontents" and "The Culture of Critique," was labelled as anti-Semitic and neo-Nazi propaganda in late 2006.

The labels came from the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), a civil rights organization based in Montgomery, Ala., that tracks hate groups. The organization sent a representative to CSULB to interview students and faculty members about MacDonald's work in November of 2006.

The recent developments within the psychology department to distance itself from MacDonald's work came after the department's advisory committee met to discuss his December forum presentation.

Questions were raised regarding the methodology and ethics of MacDonald's work, which included his trilogy of books as well as his entries in The Occidental Quarterly - which has been described as a "white nationalist" publication - and the online journal VDARE.com.

The three-part book series stimulated the most controversy through its discussion of the influence of Jewish political and social movements on American politics and culture during the 20th century, according to associate professor of anthropology Ron Loewe.

"MacDonald is trying to argue that Jews undermine the foundations of Western society by supporting radical ideologies and radical political movements," Loewe said.

MacDonald's work also allegedly discussed "how Jews facilitated the immigration of minorities from southern Europe, and destroyed the whiteness of America," according to Loewe.

On Tuesday MacDonald replied to a series of questions put to him by psychology professor Martin Fiebert that focused on the four main areas of racism: anti-Semitism, quality of "scholarship" and involvement with and support for extremist groups.

Fiebert's questions were finally answered after several psychology, history and political science department members sent numerous e-mails to MacDonald requesting that he respond to the inquiries about his research and teachings.

The questions posed to MacDonald revolved around his relationship with J. Philippe Rushton, a professor from the University of Western Ontario, Canada, who has been criticized for his claims that race determines an individual's abilities and behavior, and that blacks are intellectually inferior because of "smaller brains."

In an e-mail response sent to Loewe and other CSULB faculty about the questions, MacDonald said that his only referral to Rushton's work was in a graduate seminar that was not related to racial differences research, and that he would not focus any more of his efforts on the topic at CSULB. In the e-mail, MacDonald wrote, "I see the issue of race differences in intelligence and other traits as hopelessly politicised."

In another e-mail sent to the Daily Forty-Niner, MacDonald also wrote, "I promised not to teach about race differences in intelligence in order to be able to teach [Psychology] 361." He also wrote that he is "not happy" about the proposed dissociation of his work by the department.

MacDonald confirmed publishing his claims that the Jewish race was having a negative effect on Western civilization in "The Culture of Critique."

"Individuals who strongly identified as Jews have been the main motivating force behind several highly influential intellectual movements that have simultaneously subjected Western culture to radical criticism and allowed for the continuity of Jewish identification ... Collectively, these movements have called into question the fundamental moral, political, and economic foundations of Western society," MacDonald wrote in the e-mail sent to Loewe and CSULB faculty......article conts (-)
