BNP LEADERS FACE JAIL FOR BAN ON NON-WHITES

10:24 by Editor · 0 Post a comment on AAWR

BRITISH National Party chiefs could be jailed if they carry on banning ethnic minority members, it emerged last night.

Non-whites are barred from joining the BNP, according to its own rulebook. The party’s constitution states that only people belonging to folk communities which arrived in Britain before the Battle of Hastings in 1066 can join.

But the Equality and Human Rights Commission said yesterday it had written to BNP leader Nick Griffin warning him that the rules were unlawful.

If the BNP fails to make changes by July 20, it could be hit with an injunction, with its leaders facing criminal prosecution if they ignore the court’s order.

Commission legal director John Wadham said: “The exclusion from membership of individuals whose ethnic origin is not listed constitutes unlawful discrimination on racial grounds.”

The BNP won two seats at this month’s European elections. It also has more than 100 councillors.

But the Commission said it was concerned that the BNP’s stance meant the party’s elected representatives could not serve all constituents equally. It added that the BNP’s rulebook effectively meant nonwhites were banned from working for the party – a breach of the Race Relations Act.

Mr Wadham said: “The BNP’s website states that the party is looking to recruit people and states that any applicants should supply a membership number.

“The Commission thinks that this requirement is contrary to the Race Relations Act, which outlaws the refusal or deliberate omission to offer employment on the basis of non-membership of an organisation.

“The Commission is therefore concerned that the BNP may have acted, and be acting, illegally.” BNP chiefs say the party is not racist – despite its whites-only constitution. Mr Griffin himself has a criminal conviction for inciting racial hatred.

Andrew Brons, the newly-elected MEP for Yorkshire and the Humber, said earlier this month that double Olympic gold medal winner and former Army sergeant Dame Kelly Holmes could not be regarded as fully British as her Jamaican father meant she was“only partially from this country”.

The BNP has also attacked Lance Corporal Johnson Beharry, who won the Victoria Cross – Britain’s highest award for gallantry – after saving the lives of 30 comrades in Iraq. It described him as an immigrant who received a medal for doing something merely “routine”.

Mr Wadham said: “The legal advice we have received indicates that the British National Party’s constitution and membership criteria, employment practises and provision of services to constituents and the public may breach discrimination laws which all political parties are legally obliged to uphold.” continues here

BNP dismisses legal action threat

21:13 by Editor · 0 Post a comment on AAWR

The British National Party has dismissed threats of legal action over its membership policies by the Equality and Human Rights Commission.

The commission said it had written to the party over possible breaches of the law in the BNP's constitution, membership rules and recruitment.

It asked the BNP to pledge to comply with the Race Relations Act by 20 July or face a potential legal injunction.

But BNP leader Nick Griffin said the party's rules were "entirely legal".

Mr Griffin - who was elected as an MEP for the North West on 4 June - said the BNP was an exempted organisation under Section 25 and Section 26 of the Race Relations Act.

He said this meant "ethnic groups who need special protection such as the English in their own country, who are now second class citizens" were "entitled to discriminate on that basis and not on the grounds of colour".

He added: "We are not discriminating on grounds of colour."

On 4 June, the BNP won their first two MEPs in the European Parliament elections.

'Deliberate omission'

In a statement, the commission said the BNP's constitution and membership criteria appeared to discriminate on the grounds of race and colour, in breach of the Race Relations Act.

The party's rules appeared to restrict membership to those within what the BNP regarded as particular "ethnic groups", the commission added.

It also said the party's website asked job applicants to supply a membership number, which appeared to be in breach of legislation banning the "refusal or deliberate omission to offer employment on the basis of non-membership of an organisation".

The statement added: "The commission is therefore concerned that the BNP may have acted, and be acting, illegally."

John Wadham, the commission's legal director, insisted it had a duty to take action against possible breaches of anti-discrimination laws.

He said: "The legal advice we have received indicates that the British National Party's constitution and membership criteria, employment practices and provision of services to constituents and the public may breach discrimination laws which all political parties are legally obliged to uphold."

The commission said it had received around 50 recent calls from members of the public about the membership policy of the BNP, although it is understood it was already investigating the party.

Teachers

The BNP's Deputy press officer John Walker said the party would not be making a formal response to the commission at this stage as it wanted to "wait until the Equalities Bill has gone through".

"We are not going to respond to threats like this. We will look at it, but it is an entirely politically-motivated attack," he told BBC News.

The Equalities Bill, currently making its way through Parliament, is expected to include a move to outlaw the BNP's membership policy, which is limited to various groups it defines as "indigenous Caucasian".

Mr Walker said the BNP would be prepared to change its membership rules "to remain within the law".

But he added: "I don't think we should be bullied by outside forces. They are asking us to change our whole political ideology."

On Monday, the Department for Children, Schools and Families said it was considering banning teachers in England from joining the BNP.

In its constitution, the BNP says it exists to represent the "collective National, Environmental, Political, Racial, Folkish, Social, Cultural, Religious and Economic interests of the indigenous Anglo-Saxon, Celtic and Norse folk communities of Britain and those we regard as closely related and ethnically assimilated or assimilable aboriginal members of the European race also resident in Britain". continues here

Civil liberties groups condemn 'Big Brother' plan to keep DNA of innocent people for 12 years

08:18 by Editor · 0 Post a comment on AAWR

Innocent people will have to wait up to 12 years to have their DNA removed from the Government's 'Big Brother' database, under controversial new plans.

Even those cleared of the most minor offences will have to wait six years, while some innocent children will have their profiles stored long after they have turned 18.

The proposals, which require a change in the law, were last night slammed by civil liberties groups, who are threatening to sue the Home Office.

They accused Home Secretary Jacqui Smith of an ' undignified rearguard' action designed to do as little as possible to comply with a European Court of Human Rights' ruling that storing the DNA of innocents is unlawful.

UNDER THE NEW PLAN:
Profiles of adults and children arrested, but not convicted of serious crimes, will be kept for 12 years;
Profiles of those arrested but not convicted of minor offences stored for six years;
Youngsters convicted of only one minor offence will be deleted from the database when they turn 18;
Children convicted of serious crime to have their profile stored indefinitely.

There will also be a 'two strikes and you're out policy', whereby children accused twice of a minor offence must remain on the database for at least six years - even if they are cleared both times.

Campaigners had hoped that the samples of all 850,000 innocents stored on the database - the largest in the world - would be destroyed in the wake of last December's judgment.

Home Office officials admit what is being proposed may not even be acceptable to the European courts, but insist to go further would weaken the fight against crime. And they claim 4,500 more crimes will be solved each year. Currently, under laws introduced by Tony Blair, anyone accused but not convicted can have their profile stored for life.

The process of removing innocents already on the database will take two years. Officials estimate that, at most, only 500,000 samples will be removed.

The proposals remain far tougher than in Scotland, where DNA is kept for a maximum of five years, even for those accused of the most serious crimes.

Shadow home secretary Chris Grayling said: 'People in Britain should be innocent until proven guilty.

'Ministers are just trying to get away with as little as they possibly can instead of taking real action to remove innocent people from the DNA database. It's just not good enough.'

Tory police spokesman James Brokenshire uncovered figures showing that - despite the huge growth in profiles on the database from 2.1million in 2002 to 5.6million today - the number of detected crimes in which a DNA match was available has fallen, from 21,098 to 17,614 last year.

Civil liberties groups have threatened legal action over the plans, which they said would leave Britain 'massively out of step with the rest of the world'.

Shami Chakrabarti, director of Liberty, said: 'With regret we shall be forced to see her (Miss Smith) in court once more.'

Police will also track down around 30,000 criminals who committed serious crimes before the database was built so their profiles can be added. All genetic material taken will be destroyed - at a cost of almost £60million. continues here

Thought police muscle up in Britain

22:53 by Editor · 0 Post a comment on AAWR

BRITAIN appears to be evolving into the first modern soft totalitarian state. As a sometime teacher of political science and international law, I do not use the term totalitarian loosely.

There are no concentration camps or gulags but there are thought police with unprecedented powers to dictate ways of thinking and sniff out heresy, and there can be harsh punishments for dissent.

Nikolai Bukharin claimed one of the Bolshevik Revolution's principal tasks was "to alter people's actual psychology". Britain is not Bolshevik, but a campaign to alter people's psychology and create a new Homo britannicus is under way without even a fig leaf of disguise.

The Government is pushing ahead with legislation that will criminalise politically incorrect jokes, with a maximum punishment of up to seven years' prison. The House of Lords tried to insert a free-speech amendment, but Justice Secretary Jack Straw knocked it out. It was Straw who previously called for a redefinition of Englishness and suggested the "global baggage of empire" was linked to soccer violence by "racist and xenophobic white males". He claimed the English "propensity for violence" was used to subjugate Ireland, Scotland and Wales, and that the English as a race were "potentially very aggressive".

In the past 10 years I have collected reports of many instances of draconian punishments, including the arrest and criminal prosecution of children, for thought-crimes and offences against political correctness.

Countryside Restoration Trust chairman and columnist Robin Page said at a rally against the Government's anti-hunting laws in Gloucestershire in 2002: "If you are a black vegetarian Muslim asylum-seeking one-legged lesbian lorry driver, I want the same rights as you." Page was arrested, and after four months he received a letter saying no charges would be pressed, but that: "If further evidence comes to our attention whereby your involvement is implicated, we will seek to initiate proceedings." It took him five years to clear his name.

Page was at least an adult. In September 2006, a 14-year-old schoolgirl, Codie Stott, asked a teacher if she could sit with another group to do a science project as all the girls with her spoke only Urdu. The teacher's first response, according to Stott, was to scream at her: "It's racist, you're going to get done by the police!" Upset and terrified, the schoolgirl went outside to calm down. The teacher called the police and a few days later, presumably after officialdom had thought the matter over, she was arrested and taken to a police station, where she was fingerprinted and photographed. According to her mother, she was placed in a bare cell for 3 1/2 hours. She was questioned on suspicion of committing a racial public order offence and then released without charge. The school was said to be investigating what further action to take, not against the teacher, but against Stott. Headmaster Anthony Edkins reportedly said: "An allegation of a serious nature was made concerning a racially motivated remark. We aim to ensure a caring and tolerant attitude towards pupils of all ethnic backgrounds and will not stand for racism in any form."

A 10-year-old child was arrested and brought before a judge, for having allegedly called an 11-year-old boya "Paki" and "bin Laden" during a playground argument at a primary school (the other boy had called him a skunk and a Teletubby). When it reached the court the case had cost taxpayers pound stg. 25,000. The accused was so distressed that he had stopped attending school. The judge, Jonathan Finestein, said: "Have we really got to the stage where we are prosecuting 10-year-old boys because of political correctness? There are major crimes out there and the police don't bother to prosecute. This is nonsense."

Finestein was fiercely attacked by teaching union leaders, as in those witch-hunt trials where any who spoke in defence of an accused or pointed to defects in the prosecution were immediately targeted as witches and candidates for burning.

Hate-crime police investigated Basil Brush, a puppet fox on children's television, who had made a joke about Gypsies. The BBC confessed that Brush had behaved inappropriately and assured police that the episode would be banned.

A bishop was warned by the police for not having done enough to "celebrate diversity", the enforcing of which is now apparently a police function. A Christian home for retired clergy and religious workers lost a grant because it would not reveal to official snoopers how many of the residents were homosexual. That they had never been asked was taken as evidence of homophobia.

Muslim parents who objected to young children being given books advocating same-sex marriage and adoption at one school last year had their wishes respected and the offending material withdrawn. This year, Muslim and Christian parents at another school objecting to the same material have not only had their objections ignored but have been threatened with prosecution if they withdraw their children.

There have been innumerable cases in recent months of people in schools, hospitals and other institutions losing their jobs because of various religious scruples, often, as in the East Germany of yore, not shouted fanatically from the rooftops but betrayed in private conversations and reported to authorities. The crime of one nurse was to offer to pray for a patient, who did not complain but merely mentioned the matter to another nurse. A primary school receptionist, Jennie Cain, whose five-year-old daughter was told off for talking about Jesus in class, faces the sack for seeking support from her church. A private email from her to other members of the church asking for prayers fell into the hands of school authorities.

Permissiveness as well as draconianism can be deployed to destroy socially accepted norms and values. The Royal Navy, for instance, has installed a satanist chapel in a warship to accommodate the proclivities of a satanist crew member. "What would Nelson have said?" is a British newspaper cliche about navy scandals, but in this case seems a legitimate question. Satanist paraphernalia is also supplied to prison inmates who need it. continues here

Big Brother to spy on your holidays as security database is set up to log all trips abroad

13:27 by Editor · 0 Post a comment on AAWR

  • Travellers must give details of ALL journeys out of UK

  • 250million trips to be tracked annually

  • £5,000 fine if you don't hand over travel plans, address and credit card details

All trips out of Britain are to be recorded on a massive new security database - along with personal details of every business traveller and holidaymaker.

Civil liberties groups voiced alarm at the scale of the new system - called 'e-borders' - which is aimed at tightening Britain's perimeters and countering terrorism.

Anyone who does not comply will face the risk of criminal prosecution and fines of up to £5,000.

The rules will apply to all journeys that involve leaving the UK, whether by air, sea or Channel Tunnel, regardless of how brief the trip.

Would-be travellers will have to log details online and the database will eventually track 250million trips every year, according to a report today in The Daily Telegraph.

Airlines, train companies and ship operators will also face fines if they fail to provide details of their crew and passengers.

'Travellers will need to ensure that their passports are up to date and that details are input accurately if they don't want to end up in a dark room being grilled by border officials.'

Massive delays are anticipated at airports and seaports at Easter as the UK Border Agency introduces some of the new regulations.

The UK Border Agency said today that 82million passengers had already been recorded entering Britain - a process which had yielded 'more than 2,900 arrests for crimes including murder, drug dealing and sex offences'.

By the end of this year, 60 per cent of all journeys out of Britain will be affected. By the end of next year, the rules will apply to nearly all - 95 per cent.

Day trippers will be affected, including shoppers on 'booze cruises' to buy cigarettes and alcohol in supermarkets across the Channel.

Even cross-Channel swimmers and their support teams will have to comply.

By the time the e-borders system is fully in force in 2014, it will also apply to passengers and crew of light aircraft; as well as all trawlermen, yachtsmen and leisure boaters who plan to make landfall overseas.

Details will have to be logged at least 24 hours in advance and will be stored on the government database for roughly a decade.

It will represent a massive shift from the relaxed situation prior to 9/11, by which time John Major's government and then New Labour's Jack Straw had scrapped all exit controls.

Shipping groups and transport companies warned today that the new strictures will mean new delays for travellers.

The Chamber of Shipping predicted 'unwelcome queues' and 'unnecessary complications'.

Chunnel train company Eurostar said check-in times would be longer, adding expense for operators.

Privacy campaigners and travel groups also expressed alarm as the extent of the scheme was revealed.

AA president Edmund King called it 'a sad reflection of the times' and warned: 'Travellers will need to ensure that their passports are up to date and that details are input accurately if they don't want to end up in a dark room being grilled by border officials.'

Phil Booth of privacy group NO2ID told the Telegraph: 'Especially given the Government's appalling record on looking after our data, it just doesn't seem sensible for it to pass details like this and sensitive financial information around.'
Tory Home Affairs spokesman Chris Grayling stopped short of condemning the e-borders scheme outright, saying authorities must record who exits and enters the UK.

However, he warned that the system as planned could prove 'unwieldy, impossible to manage and expensive to operate'.  continues here

Axe falls on St George: Parade is halted after council says it attracts racist thugs

07:44 by Editor · 0 Post a comment on AAWR

England's biggest St George's Day parade is facing the axe after councillors said many of those attending it were racist.

For the last decade up to 15,000 have assembled in the town of West Bromwich under the slogan 'Forever England, For Everyone'.

Children and parents from all over the country parade through the Black Country town waving St George flags and marching to rousing anthems such as Jerusalem.

Organisers say one of the aims is to reclaim the Saint George Cross from Right-wingers and make it a source of pride for all.

But last night the local council, Labour-controlled Sandwell, voted to withdraw its support for the parade. Funds will go to support a Party in the Park instead.

It leaves parade organisers with what they say is the impossible task of raising £10,000 to cover their costs with only a few weeks to go.

In a letter to the organisers, one councillor, Yvonne Davies, said the parade created an 'unhealthy atmosphere' and inspired young boys to be racist.

She wrote: 'It is not only the parade which is the problem, but the tribal excitement it creates.'

The West Bromwich St George's Day parade started in 1998 and began as a fairly modest affair with 5,000 turning up. Now three times that attend the two-mile parade in April. Fire Service and Scout Association bands have played, the British Legion lends its support and each year ex-servicemen attend.

A volunteer dresses up as St George and rides with the marchers, children paint their faces with the St George Cross and there are activities such as medieval jousting.

There have been some problems - last year organisers had to clamp down on drinking in the street and a band with hard-Right roots joined in without their permission.

Councillor Davies wrote in her letter: 'I am sure most are very respectful and law-abiding, however some are distasteful in the extreme and wish to divide and separate people from each other.'

She said she had once been abused by youths who 'had been emboldened by the parade and thought racist chants were funny'.

'I have seen first hand how the parade (albeit unintentionally) creates an unhealthy atmosphere.'

At a meeting of Sandwell council cabinet last night, her colleagues sided with her and decided against backing the parade. Instead there will be the Party in the Park, a concert in the Town Hall and St George Flags will be flown on all of the council's buildings.

Trevor Collins of the Stone Cross Saint George Association, which organises the parade, said: 'To suggest the parade is racist is ridiculous and offensive. When you see the kids, the dogs, everyone out having fun, it's really a beautiful sight. It doesn't matter if you're black, white, green, brown or whatever, everyone's welcome.

'The council's decision means we have to foot the bills for insurance and security. We've got to come up with £10,000 in two months which seems impossible.' continues here

Big brother police to get power to stop you in the street to demand ID... refuse and you'll face jail

08:06 by Editor · 0 Post a comment on AAWR

State officials are to be given powers previously reserved for times of war to demand a person's proof of identity at any time.

Anybody who refuses the Big Brother demand could face arrest and a possible prison sentence.

The new rules come in legislation to be unveiled in today's Queen's Speech.

They are presented as a crackdown on illegal immigration, but lawyers say they could be applied to anybody who has ever been outside the UK, even on holiday.

The civil rights group Liberty, which analysed clauses from the new Immigration and Citizenship Bill, called them an attempt to introduce compulsory ID cards by the back door.

The move would effectively take Britain back to the Second World War, when people were stopped and asked to 'show their papers'.

Liberty said: 'Powers to examine identity documents, previously thought to apply only at ports of entry, will be extended to criminalise anyone in Britain who has ever left the country and fails to produce identity papers upon demand.

'We believe that the catch-all remit of this power is disproportionate and that its enactment would not only damage community relations but represent a fundamental shift in the relationship between the State and those present in the UK.'

One broadly-drafted clause would permit checks on anyone who has ever entered the
UK - whether recently or years earlier.

Officials, who could be police or immigration officers, will be able to stop anyone to establish if they need permission to be here, if they have it, and whether it should be cancelled.

No reasonable cause or suspicion is required, and checks can be carried out 'in country' - not just at borders.

The law would apply to British citizens and foreign nationals, according to Liberty's lawyers. The only people who would be exempt are the tiny minority who have never been abroad on holiday or business.

A second clause says that people who are stopped 'must produce a valid identity document if required to do so by the Secretary of State'. Failure to do so would be a criminal offence with a maximum penalty of 51 weeks in jail or a £5,000 fine.

Currently, police are allowed to ask for identity documents only if there is a reasonable suspicion that a person has committed an offence.

During the Second World War, ID cards were seen as a way of protecting the nation from Nazi spies.

But in 1952, Winston Churchill's government decided they were not needed in peacetime.

They were thought to be hindering the police because so many people resented being asked to produce them.

Liberty director Shami Chakrabarti said last night: ' Sneaking in compulsory identity cards via the back door of immigration law is a cynical escalation of this expensive and intrusive scheme.'

Tory spokesman Damian Green said: 'This scheme will do nothing to improve our security, may make it worse, and will certainly land the taxpayer with a multi-million bill.

'Labour should concentrate on things that will improve our security, like a dedicated border police force.'

LibDem spokesman Chris Huhne said: 'Ministers seem to be breaking their promise that no one would ever have to carry an ID card. This is a sly and underhand way of extending the ID card scheme by stealth.'

There was also concern last night that the Government is seeking to revive controversial plans for secret inquests.  continues here

Not in the public interest

11:28 by Editor · 0 Post a comment on AAWR

I have no love for the Tories, in fact their policies, have led in large part to our current predicament, one need only look back to Thatcher’s, “New Commonwealth immigrants ''swamping" Britain speech given in 1979 to understand the damage done. Her, “So, if you want good race relations, you have got to allay peoples' fears on numbers”, being rather telling, of course, history is history and she went on to become our first female prime-minister, winning a 44-seat majority in the House of Commons.

Her apparent support for a restrictive immigration policy, led to the conservative party pulling ahead in the polls, it helped of course having a well run PR campaign, of note the "Labour isn't working" poster campaign, devised by Saatchi & Saatchi, founded by Iraqi Jews Maurice and Charles. Now of course most political parties, rely upon professional “snake oil” salesmen to sell their nonsense to the masses, a phenomenon now know as spin, yet such hoodwinking has occurred habitually in political life, for much of our nations history.

Certainly, the alleged desire to combat cultural change within this country, assured the Tories victory, coupled with this of course, high unemployment, the refusal to grant pay rises for a number of years, by Callaghan’s government and the use of the left to undermine, all conspired to win the victory. Unquestionably though in my mind, it was immigration that pulled the Tories into office and why not, in the eyes of the electorate the party offered change, a chance to at least stem immigration and at least maintain a semblance, of the Britain of old and haven’t the Tories always played upon the plastic patriotism of middle England.

In the late seventies the numbers arriving numbered in the region of 45,000 to 50,000 people a year, now we find, its twelve times the number that entered during the entire seventies, so we can see that immigration control has utterly failed, in fact the present government, has no real figures on the actual number, so it would indeed be impossible to create policy, whether such policy be in favour of or in opposition.

Figures suggest, that in the years nineteen ninety seven to two thousand and four, immigration accounted for nearly three quarters of our population growth, some 71%, frightening figures, yet add to it illegal entrants, ascension states and the figures may prove more alarming still. Yet politically we reached the Rubicon some time ago, now for a mainstream political party, it would prove suicidal to espouse, even the deceptive rhetoric of Margaret Thatcher, our demographic landscape having changed so much.

Yet for all that ,the Tories do, even if only for self interest, highlight issues, the same can be said of the purported rightwing press, ever ready to point out issues yet unwilling to support solutions, both merely undermining society in their own mischievous way, in this regard they are merely a mirror of the left. Ironically as in the seventies, events are starkly similar, a looming recession, financial instability, immigration concerns, crime, unemployment soaring, so it will come as no surprise that our benevolent societal puppeteers are manoeuvring the Tories to take over public office.

Yet as often times before, it is merely a re-branding rather than real change, politics being akin to musical-chairs, of course it is those who play the tune, that hold the real power. However, to learn today, that a shadow minister of government has been arrested, held in detention for some nine hours and had his home and offices searched, underlines to me, the growing spectre of the Dark State, dramatic as that description sounds, it is at least for me, apt. a Dark State is a regime, that holds onto power, against the wishes and interests of its people, further, such an entity adopts policies and develops legalisation contrary to the peoples interest, it begins to see itself as a body distinct from the people, an identity in its own right.

Of course, once it develops such a notion, it acts primarily in its own interest and therefore not in the interests of the people, we now live in such times, for Mr Green, arrested for making public information not wished to be in the public domain, I can only have sympathy, yet in saying this, it is of no surprise, nationalists have lived under such repression almost perpetually, It must be realised, that this is not the only political detention undertaken by the dark State of late and will not I assure you not be the last. 14

The List Pt1

08:59 by Editor · 0 Post a comment on AAWR

Well what ado, what a free-for-all as malevolence spills over, job losses, a suspicious firebombing and threats to kill, for many in the BNP, including the leadership this is excellent publicity, never mind the fear this whole affair may have caused. We have interactive maps, calls by the NASUWT to ban BNP sympathisers or members from the teaching profession or indeed public services, further we have supposed journalists literally braying with glee, some such as Pete Marshall appear to be using the situation to appear quite the martyr, whilst others such as Brian Reade, in a carefully worded sarcastic diatribe, appear to be inciting violence against members.

Others such as Nicholas Blincoe appear to be suggesting, exactly the same type of apartheid behaviours they fought against back in their lefty pasts, perhaps Mr Blincoe should stick to novel writing or releasing one off hip-hop records, it all shows the left for exactly what they are, intellectual bigots, backed up by the threat of violent thuggery. Of course it is not they that will bloody their hands, not in the physical sense at least, no it is that vast army trained to hate that they expect to do the work, oh and what an army it is, non-whites ripped by dint of circumstance from their natural milieu, set then in an alien land, taught by leftist educators, that the west and the white is evil and has been some centuries past, is it any wonder they seethe.

Then we have whites trained to, to hate, believing themselves class warriors, fighters for justice they don the uniform of the left, setting it off with the traditional scarf to hide their features, “and it is we who are embarrassed, afraid, I think not. Mixed in amongst this of course, we have those that truly believe in it, those skulking individuals I term the choirmasters, it is they that galvanise malevolence to sing. These individuals know the truth, they know that nationalism is not an evil, not the demon it is made out to be, yet these reprehensible individuals seek only the end of the west, the end of our system and its replacement with tyranny.

It makes me laugh you know, the many times I have come up against the left, watched as the choir are led, angry scowls, eyes filled with rage, an arrow of directed hate launched in our direction, yet for all that, should this rabble win for the choirmasters, then anger would be replaced by sorrow, eyes would brim with regret, as they become only workers for the state, no religion, no freedom of association, no attaining of a dream, all must be equal or be forced to be. In there to, Muslims, their lands ravaged, foreign armies laying siege, yet some on the purported right stir up this rage, playing a dangerous game with the wellbeing of us all, Islam itself knows not where to strike, finally resting its gaze upon the people.

Do you think we would have that, attack us and we remain quiet, unconcerned, yet they to, cannot open their eyes and see truth, should rightists lose the west then to, the east is lost, yet all are blind, all are directed by choirmasters. Still Islam in a rage attacks the wrong target and we the people stir, now Islam is hated, far and wide, perhaps never again merely a religion, within our lands, white lands, Islam is an oddity it has no place in our old mill towns, in the heart of our industrial landscapes, it belongs in truth in the east, yet for saying this, believing this, I and others are haters, bigots, targets on a list.

And then the Jews, do I hear it, the intake of breathe, an eerie silence descended, am I mad or have the birds stopped singing, do animals pause mid-action, indeed has the earth but momentarily stopped turning. Many choirmasters are Jews, many upon the left Judaic, rightly or wrongly they see patriotism as an anathema, perhaps because they have had no country for so long, in any event it matters not, what matters is that this “community” work feverishly against the patriotic right. If I am wrong, look to the organisations that oppose us, there are no Bin Laden’s and very few Muhammad’s at the top of the chain, though still plenty of Semitics, they to, perhaps more than others will look to this list.

They to are wrong, perhaps I should set the record straight, tell nationalisms true story, declare our true intent, nationalism hates nobody, it seeks not to murder, enslave or dominate but only a return of all lands to their people. Is that desire so wrong is it the evil; they would have it, do all those upon the list deserve retaliation, because that is their desire, their dream and their inspiration. What if Mr Gold could live unmolested in freedom, surrounded by his own culture and people, in his own land, what if Mr Singh, Mr Muhammed, Mr Patel, Mr Wang, Mr AbdikarĂm and finally Mr Smith, would that be so wrong.

It seems as if every individual of other races is a freedom fighter, should they oppose foreign rule or colonisation, except whites, who are deemed haters, haters for wishing to live, to exist, to thrive and to grow, surely that is not the definition of hate. Is hate not the scanning of a list for retaliatory purposes, the raping and prostitution of white schoolgirls because of who they are, the banning of individuals from certain jobs because of political beliefs, in this the home of democracy, democracy a fictitious concept at best. Is hate not the many dead from this deplorable experiment, children denied the right of life, is hatred not the wilful destruction of a population and its genetic uniqueness, is hatred not the crushing of the popular will, subjugating it for a minority dream.

I hear that polar-bears face extinction, although the debate is ongoing, certainly red squirrels faced threat, both from the squirrelpox virus and over population, by the more aggressive and faster breeding grey squirrel, I never once heard conservationists branded grey squirrel hater’s, for taking action to preserve the red squirrel and prevent its delcine. Yet thousands of people on a list, that wish to preserve the habitat and genotype of the Caucasoid natives of these isles, are considered thus, the hypocrisy is mind-numbing, they tell the masses that nationalism equates to a loss of freedoms, whilst our freedoms are evermore eroded, they tell us that nationalists are the heirs of a murderous ideology, yet leftists killed some two hundred millions and we vote them into office.

They tell us that we are all equal, whilst they change history, shout down academics and create disharmony, they tell us that some elements within nationalism, run a website listing leftist individuals and how wrong it is, individuals relate sorry tales of harassment and phone calls, after alleged exposure, yet the mainstream press have highlighted the list of BNP members in a frenzy of glee, no individuals named upon the Redwatch website have lost their livelihoods, there are no police forces scouring the list looking for names. There are no calls for individuals on the extreme left to be prevented from certain jobs, even though they too may discriminate in favour of others, more sorted to their particular political ideology.

There are no maps promoted online, for all and sundry to look up their local far-left activist, there are no calls to bar the left in any sphere, only those of the right and they have the nerve to call us authoritarian, despotic. You see none of them cared, not a single one, oh they all cry for Africa, they all advocate for immigration, most will admit some sympathy for environmental issues but none care for us. We have a government minister, the home secretary no less, one Jacqui Smith., who rather than preventing crime as is her remit, merely responds to the situation with,” It probably says something about the BNP that people don’t want to have it known that they are a member.” No home secretary, what it says about the BNP, is that members are in fear for their jobs and the safety of their families, what it also says is that you do not and have not done your job.

Do you not care that this leak contravenes the data protection act, the human rights act and may give rise to violent attack, upon individuals or property, or are you in fact more concerned with ushering in a police state, whereby we the people are scared to voice our opinions, where everything we say, do and believe is recorded, a place where the light of freedom fails to shine, a place in fact of the left. Are we not already there, or at least upon its periphery, are we not already scared to think, scared to voice and therefore scared to act.

You see that is it, that in essence is the left, they close down, oh for humanitarian reasons, every avenue of free speech, they destroy every other bond an individual may have, family, faith, people, finally when all is broken, when chaos swirls and terror reigns, they rush in and create a new order, a new state, to protect us (sic), to cosset us. The people welcome them; they rush in a euphoric state of stupidly, straight into the arms of death, the smiling face of doom, then it is too late of course, the gulags await, all carry cards and all must work for no personal betterment.

I am not surprised of course, at the reaction to the leak of this list, I know the left, I know what they are capable of, what they represent and their real motivation, they cry freedom only until they deny it. Few will read this of course, no matter, my ramblings remain unnoticed, yet I cannot believe, cannot believe that a people such as we, permit this, we that had a voice that shook the world ,the descendents of the greatest empire the world has ever seen, yet we stand mute, a testament to our own demise.

As a child I heard of course of Russia, that colossal nation ruled in an alien way, it was said that all lived in poverty, that all worked as slaves, that the people were peasants controlled by fear, dissent was brutally punished and death a frequent visitor. Dissidents were debarred from public life and neighbour spied upon neighbour, all then afraid to speak, everywhere the watchful eyes of the state, I marvelled then, even as a child, at how they could let it happen, how they could let evil reign.

Never us I thought, in my naivety, never we, we are of different stock, the lion will never submit, how wrong I was, how foolish, today the state openly declare their plans for mass surveillance and the people barely stir, today individuals are barred from certain jobs due to political allegiance and not a murmur, today thousands have their names upon a list thrown now to any fate and not a ripple breaks the surface, all is quiet, all is calm, it is though isn’t it before a storm.

When the storm breaks, when playtime is over, when you realise that you reside in prison, who then to run to, who will save you and moreover your children, do you want it, their world, all the same, no difference, mono-nothingness and forced equality. Do you not ache for something else, for reason, for worth, or will you wallow in a pit of your own making, when they dress us both in orange and set us both to work, at least I tried, at least I resisted, you helped, you put us there, you destroyed the world. Yet it is easier now, yes they have thrown out their net of cameras, they monitor all we say, already all we do but we have chance, not much, shiny water-cannons await our last charge, our charge of the light brigade, a European police force readies itself to impose the will of evil, already they train rapid reaction squads, is that the future we want.

Freedom is what you make of it, I am a nationalist, that most hated of breeds, yet all I want is freedom, the freedom of nationhood, of autonomy, you can’t bully it out of me, threaten me, harass me or scare me, I only wish you could it would be easier. I have a right to exist and I will fight for it, moreover my children have that right and I will fight harder, so list be dammed. 14

Government unveils 'Big Brother' plan: Now they want to snoop on every phone call, email and text message

Plans for a massive expansion of ‘Big Brother’ state surveillance to cover every phone call, email, text message and internet visit in Britain were unveiled yesterday.

Home Secretary Jacqui Smith claimed
that storing details of individuals’ communications was vital to prevent further terrorist atrocities.

Activities which will be subject to snooping for the first time include visits
to social networking sites such as Facebook, auction sites such as eBay, gaming websites and chatrooms.

Police and security services will not be
able to access the precise content but will know each site visited, and to whom and when a phone call, text message or email was sent.

If this sets alarm bells ringing, they could seek a Ministerial warrant to intercept exactly what is being sent, including the content.

The billions of pieces of data are likelyto be stored for a year or more. The costis estimated to be at least £1billion, andcould be far higher.

Last night MPs and privacy groups attacked the proposals as 'Stalinist', 'Orwellian' and a reversal of the presumption that a person is innocent until proven guilty.

One opponent said: ‘They are making us all suspects.’

A leaked memo written by sources close to the project revealed it was fraught with technical difficulties.

Officials are split between placing the vast amount of data to be collected on a huge central Government database or forcing service providers to store the information,to be accessed on demand.

Currently, the option being worked on is to request data from the service providers, the memo reveals. They are likely to pass on extra costs to customers.

Shadow Home Secretary Dominic Grieve said: ‘These proposals would mark a substantial shift in the powers of the state to obtain personal information on individuals.

'Given the Government’s poor record on protecting data and running databases there
needs to be a full and proper debate.

‘The public will also be acutely aware of how, under this Government, surveillance powers designed to combat terrorism and serious organised crime have been used by local authorities to investigate things like fly-tipping. This would be absolutely unacceptable.’

Liberal Democrat spokesman Chris Huhne said: ‘The Government’s Orwellian plans for a vast database of our private communications are deeply worrying.

‘Ministers claim the database will only be used in terrorist cases, but there is now a long list of cases from the arrest of Walter Wolfgang for heckling at a Labour conference to the freezing of Icelandic assets where anti-terrorism law has beenused for purposes for which it was not intended.

'These proposals are incompatible with a free country and a free people.’

Phil Booth, of the NO2ID privacy campaign, said: ‘This is the Stalinist vision which we always knew was on the agenda. Monitoring the entire population is a complete abhorrence, reversing the presumption of innocent until proven guilty and making us all suspects.’

But senior security and police services were adamant that, without the new powers, lives would be put at risk.

They said some investigations have already been affected by criminals who use technology to avoid detection, by plotting online through social networking sites orinteractive games.

‘Criminals are getting more sophisticated in using this technology and they are going to exploit it unless we do something,’ one source said.

Miss Smith yesterday admitted the public had reason to be concerned.

In a speech to the Institute for Public Policy Research thinktank, she said: ‘Of course, even if there had not been events [data losses], the British public would have every right to be sceptical about a state activity that involves the collection of data.’

But she said that, without increasing their capacity to store data, the police and security services would have to consider a ‘massive expansion of surveillance’. continues here

Children as young as three should be reported for 'racism', Government-funded group claims

10:14 by Editor · 0 Post a comment on AAWR

Toddlers should be taught about racism and singled out for criticism if they have racist attitudes, a Government-funded advisory group said yesterday.

It told nursery teachers, playgroup leaders and childminders to record and report every racist incident involving children as young as three.

These could include saying 'Yuk' about unfamiliar food.

Even babies should not be ignored in the hunt for racism because they can 'recognise different people in their lives', a new guide for nurseries and child care centres said.

The instructions for staff in charge of pre-school children in day care have been produced by the National Children's Bureau, which receives £12million a year, mostly through taxpayer-funded organisations.

The NCB, which describes itself as 'an umbrella body for the children's sector', has long used its resources to campaign on controversial issues, for example in favour of a legal ban on smacking by parents.

It also runs the Sex Education Forum, a campaign for more sex education in schools.

The new 366-page guide, Young Children and Racial Justice, warned that 'racist incidents among children in early years settings-tend to be around name-calling-casual thoughtless comments, and peer group relationships'.

It said such incidents could include children using words like 'blackie', 'Pakis', 'those people' or 'they smell'.

Children might also 'react negatively to a culinary tradition other than their own by saying "yuk".'

Nursery staff are told: 'No racist incident should be ignored. When there is a clear racist intent, it is necessary to be specific in condemning the action.'

If children 'reveal negative attitudes the lack of censure may indicate to the child that there is nothing unacceptable about such attitudes'.

Nurseries are encouraged to report as many racist incidents as possible to local councils.

'Some people think that if a large number of racist incidents are reported, this will reflect badly on the institution,' it said. 'In fact, the opposite is the case.'

The guidance said that anyone who disagrees is racist themselves

Are you awake yet, do you even care, it doesn’t seem you do, you continue on with your life whilst they destroy us, we are marked for extinction and unless we challenge it now they will win. Our children, or if we last that long, our grandchildren face an appalling future, a future where they are the minority, they the alien in their natural homelands, do you think for one second, that non-whites will exhibit the same degree of empathy, if not sheer capitulation, we have shown, do you think whites will be granted any concessions, the simple answer is no. We can see already the intolerance for the west these new-comers show, all it takes is for you to stand up and say enough, to show the leftists and their reprehensible backers that, they have had their day. To strive for something more than self, to try to heal this country, how in all conscious can you stand idly by, whilst they indoctrinate your own children, whilst they corrupt the innocent.

What ideology is it that requires such draconian enforcement, quite simply a wrong one, if multiculturalism was the benefit they tell you it is, why then the need for thought police, the need for laws, the need for anti-white-discrimination, why the need to besiege the minds of our most precious possession, our children, truly this is an evil ideology. Yet I stand amazed, amazed and appalled because you the people let them do it, you let them ride roughshod over your right to exist and your freedoms, you let them destroy western civilisation without a whimper, without even a cursory glance. You hold within you the power to change this, the power to alter and resist their evil plans, without you all of you who read this we cannot win, we simply cannot put right all the wrongs without a mandate from the people. We can talk a good fight, we can debate the issues but we cannot, simply cannot heal this nation and others, without a united effort, without you.

It should be the ultimate taboo the one thing that forces us to draw a line in the sand and shout no, no more, we simply refuse you, we will no longer bow down to your rubbish, to your garbage, to your filthy lies, leave our children alone. You have broken the family, lowered standards, attacked the unborn, pilloried white males, forced women into the workplace, taxed us for others, lied to us, made our society less caring and more violent, ruined everything but leave our children alone. The left should be running in fear, surrounded by the chaos of rage, harried back to whichever hellhole they came from, they should never again be permitted to preach their vile gospel, their evil philosophy and we, we survivors should begin anew to repair the damage they have caused. We should bring light back in, where once darkness flourished we should above all protect children, the rights of the child should be paramount to all after all they are our future.

Instead you won’t change, you won’t lift as much as a finger, you will remain so caught up with self that, you will sacrifice their future, hand them over on a plate, give their tomorrows, so you can have today. We are no longer what we were, we have been changed, altered, we have become monsters, caring for nothing but ourselves, we have thrown away our greatest strength, our unique altruism, a selflessness that enabled us to build the worlds only lasting society, the worlds foremost civilisation, but no longer. It is over, finished, we have succumb to savagery, we are a mere shadow of what we once were, evolution set in reverse, as the savage we admire shiny objects bedecked in gold, caring more for a label than for a child. We import dissimilar people to make up the numbers, as we kill our own in the womb; we banish our old, out of sight and presumably out of mind, to institutions to whither and simply die. We place minority over majority, lauding stupidity whilst deriding intellect, we admire violence, dishonesty and disrespect and teach our children these traits, and we are so unhappy that, many stagger bleary-eyed through life, high on drugs or alcohol or both. The law of the jungle has returned and all are prey, the flash of a knife and life is over, we creep around fearfully or find safety in a group, the power of the parent lies shattered and broken, a once valued antique. They have destroyed us, altered our very society, look around you for the better, do you prefer this, this incremental extinction, this erosion of good, this perversion, this malevolence.

Is it some sort of mind-numbing madness, some illusionists trick, do you not see, not hear, does anger not fuel your engine and sorrow not set your sail, do you not fence with reason and find yourself wanting. Do you contort as a gymnast avoiding all taboos, striving to comply with all they want, never realising that the exercise is over, the competition run and it is they that were wrong, they that have failed however, they won’t admit it, despotism is forever stubborn. Despotism, tyranny, can never be gently lathered away, never be sedately swept, it must be scrubbed until the flesh of society is red, until every vestige of filth is washed away. Yet although they have failed their lies still hold you true, the glue of madness binds your freedom and the bars of repression steal the future, it is coming, hold on tight, you may live to see the evil you permitted entrance, the demon you refused to contain. You may live to see the fear in your children’s eyes mixed with anger at your inaction; you may live to regret not fighting when chance came calling, when the merest glimmer of hope shone brightly.

If you can stand aside as they take your children, if you can watch unperturbed, perhaps you deserve your fate, perhaps I am wrong and there is nothing left to fight for. Perhaps the struggle is over and evil has the field, perhaps I should succumb as you have, caught in their web of lies, perhaps I should never again look to my fellows or strive for our children’s tomorrow. Perhaps the cow truly jumps over the moon, the yellow brick road truly leads to Oz and there is gold at the end of the rainbow, perhaps we are all equal and leftist philosophy is benign, perhaps tyranny doesn’t augment and money grows on trees, perhaps I can turn about and leave all I love to die, perhaps I am you. 14

Swedes outraged over law allowing officials to snoop on all emails leaving the country

12:06 by Editor · 0 Post a comment on AAWR

STOCKHOLM, Sweden: More than two million Swedes are saying "No" to a new law that gives the government the right to snoop on all emails and phone calls crossing the country's borders.

The online petition drive comes as other EU countries consider granting authorities unprecedented spying powers over their own citizens amid fears of a mounting terror threat.

"This would have been totally unthinkable before Sept. 11," said Anne Ramberg, Secretary General of the Swedish Bar Association, calling for challenges to the law in Swedish and European courts.

While supporters say the legislation will help avert terrorist attacks by keeping tabs on suspect communications and planned financial transfers, opponents says the measures are just too intrusive.

Swedish telecommunications group TeliaSonera AB and U.S.-based Google Inc. have called the law passed June 18 the most far-reaching eavesdropping plan in Europe, comparable to snooping powers authorized in the United States.

Andreas Hellsten, a 37-year-old engineer, said it reminded him of something the dreaded East German police would have dreamed up had e-mail been around during the Cold War.

"It looks too much like the Stasi," he said. "It is surprising when Sweden passes a law like this."

The law narrowly passed Parliament in a 142-138 vote two weeks ago, despite protests that included demonstrators handing out copies of George Orwell's novel "1984" about a fictional futuristic police state.

It gives Sweden's National Defense Radio Establishment, or FRA, the right to scan all international phone calls, e-mails and faxes without a court order as of January.

"Since 1766, we have had freedom of expression ... Can that be guaranteed if the FRA has to right to monitor, for example, all e-mails from abroad?" Thomas Mattsson, digital editor of the major Swedish newspaper Expressen, wrote in his blog.

The newspaper provides a link that allows readers of its Internet edition to file a protest to lawmakers — and so far more than 2 million Swedes have taken part in the campaign.

Under current law, e-mail and phone surveillance in Sweden require a court order in a suspected criminal case. Critics say the new law will encroach on privacy, jeopardize civil liberties and violate the European Convention on Human Rights.

Sweden's Defense Minister Sten Tolgfors defended the law in an online forum on the Expressen Web site Tuesday, saying data regarding individuals will be destroyed unless it is directly relevant to intelligence activities.

He also stressed the need to defend Sweden from terror attacks like those in New York, Madrid and London.

"The information is needed to evaluate, and meet, outside threats against Sweden," he said.

Even before the law was passed, TeliaSonera in April moved its e-mail servers to Finland because of the expected passage of the legislation.

Timo Lehtinen, of the Finnish Communications Regulatory Authority, said he expected other telecommunications groups to rethink how they handle cross-border traffic, and expressed doubts about the effectiveness of the Swedish measures.

"The amount of traffic is so vast that it would be like looking for a needle in a haystack," he said. "If someone was planning some kind of terrorist activity they could make it extremely hard, or even impossible, to trace."

Other EU countries have enacted or are mulling stronger government snooping rules.

Britain has some of the most extensive surveillance powers in the world, allowing law enforcement, intelligence agencies and others to monitor telephone calls, e-mails or mail, with special permission from the Home Secretary.

The evidence in not admissible in court; Prime Minister Gordon Brown wants to change that with new laws allowing use of some wiretap evidence.

In Germany, Parliament is expected to pass a new bill later this year giving officials the right to monitor some criminal suspects' e-mails, but only with a court order, as is the case now for telephone wiretaps in serious crimes.

In Italy, which experts call one of the world's most wiretapped democracies, the debate is going the other way — now focusing on how to do more to protect privacy.

A Swedish opinion poll published last week indicated that 47 percent of Swedes opposed the new law, while 36 percent are for it; the rest were undecided. The margin of error was not available. continues here

As you go about your daily life unconcerned, tyranny’s grip tightens, readying itself to take control of your children and grandchildren, yet you continue to care for self, not for those to come, it is too difficult, requires too much effort. So despotism grows, as is the way with the left, see their policies are so utterly unnatural that, they can only ever be enforced, only ever imposed, the west will awaken one day to a nightmare, trapped totally within an Orwellian dystopia. Do you not see it, do you not sense the impending new order, is not a prison filled with toys still a prison, your too scared, too concerned for self, you will not stand, you will capitulate for bread on the table and no knock upon your door. No prison for you, not for you gaol, denial of freedom, no, you would rather us all become imprisoned, within this growing malevolence, than you alone, for to stand when all around make merry whilst sitting, takes courage many do not possess, to speak truth whilst tyranny rages, takes altruism now forgotten by our race. Instead you are herded by an evil shepherd, contend for bread and water, happy to be inside the fence, lest the wolves begin their hunt and so the benevolent shepherd protects you from the beast, by penning you in, you exchange freedom for safety and all is well in your world. The fact that the wolf is merely fable, a tale told to help contain the sheep, the wolf no risk, no threat, no danger, still the sheep must see, must witness and so the shepherd antagonises the pack and the lone wolf, the solitary predator shows his teeth. It is enough, the sheep bleat in terror, huddle further into the arms of the benevolent shepherd, the shepherd smiles and builds the pen ever higher and the sheep look on gratefully. 14
